focus Solutions is a consultancy arm from focus independent adult social work, the UK’s first Social Work Practice / Enterprise to deliver full Adult Social Care statutory functions on behalf of its Local Authority, including Safeguarding. This app is designed to display and develop all the solutions we can offer to meet a modern demand for social work, in which we developed and operate within focus independent adult social work.

Our quick story
focus is an independent Social Enterprise established in 2013 as part of the DH Social Work Pilot. We moved from Care Management to ‘Community Broker’ enabling people to control their lives and make full use of community assets. focus has 140 staff providing 24/7 social work and an integrated single point of access across North East Lincolnshire.
